Common Challenges

In 2015, Crestron EMEA approached Bravr initially to provide a social media strategy. Impressed with the strategy, Crestron selected Bravr as their digital marketing agency to provide Social Media service, with the core aim to increase Crestron’s awareness, reach and engagement.

As a multi-faceted company, Crestron needed to communicate different messages to different audiences, whilst still preserving a unified approach that would build their brand presence online. Crestron’s social media was infrequent, and it was not aligned with Crestron’s wider marketing campaigns.


Bravr initially met with Crestron’s marketing team to establish their requirements and to set the social media objectives. Shortly after this meeting, Bravr identified Crestron’s challenge, key audience, proposed channels and activity, then developed a social media strategy. The social media strategy was set out to increase Crestron’s online awareness, reach and engagement. After the strategy was agreed, Bravr’s social media team began to implement it straight away.

Bravr have set up weekly calls with Crestron to ensure that the social media activity is always aligned to Crestron’s marketing campaigns. By having regular communication with Crestron, Bravr’s social media team ensures that content is as close to real-time as possible. Bravr and Crestron are in a very happy relationship with great synergies between the marketing teams.

Bravr’s social media activity for Crestron involves branded images, video, event coverage, live-tweeting, community management, promotion of press studies and case studies, employee news, along with links to Crestron news stories and articles on third-party websites. Additionally, Bravr’s social media team continuously track all activity; with this, Bravr provide Crestron with monthly social media reports and campaign-specific reports to track ROI.

Since engaging with Bravr, Crestron EMEA’s brand identity has been strengthened through adopting a consistent tone of voice and its online presence has significantly grown. Bravr’s social media team have grown Crestron EMEA’s Facebook fans by 929%, Twitter followers by 130%, and LinkedIn followers by 63%.

In 2016, Bravr’s engagement with Crestron continues to grow, providing on the ground support at Integrated Systems Europe, one of the largest shows related to Crestron products and solutions. Bravr are also providing SEO Analytics and Web development services to support Crestron’s EMEA team.
