Established in 1985, the organisation stands out for its empathetic, bespoke approach to each client’s individual immigration needs and the recognition that every client is unique, allowing them to provide tailored immigration services for their clients. The company is headquartered in London, with an Asia Pacific office in India and has dedicated UK, US, and Global immigration teams, with immigration capabilities across 88 countries.

Ferguson Snell has continued to expand over the years, and remains at the forefront of the immigration industry. In 2014, the company turned to Bravr to provide a digital presence that reflected the unrivalled services they provide


Upon initial consultation, it became apparent that, while the company possessed a wealth of knowledge and talent, the expertise of its high calibre staff and the outstanding levels of service provided by the company were not reflected in its online presence. Bravr identified a number of challenges within the existing website and created a digital marketing strategy designed to address these challenges:

  • There was low volume of traffic to the website
  • The site was not responsive to mobile
  • The web design was dated and not representative of a modern, forward-moving company
  • The website was passive, with no clear call to action
  • Pages were content-light, which meant they failed to portray the services and expertise of the company
  • The website was not optimised for SEO
  • The team were unable to update content on the website


After determining the challenges and taking into account Ferguson Snell’s ambition for continual expansion, Bravr proposed to rebuild the website to accommodate the growing needs of the business. We identified key actions to facilitate this:

  • Bring a more contemporary look and feel to the website to target the business’s key audiences
  • Create content to portray the internal expertise of the team, with strong calls to action to improve website conversions
  • Implement an easy to use backend system, giving the marketing team the freedom to add engaging content
  • Incorporate a facility to add testimonials, video content, image galleries
  • Ensure that the new website is responsive to mobile and tablet devices to ensure a fluent user experience.

The Bravr development and content team worked closely with Ferguson Snell to capture their vision and requirements. This included interviewing senior staff and members of the UK, US and Global Immigration Teams to gain an in-depth insight into the core values of the company and the complexities involved in immigration across territories. With open channels of communication and consultation, our design concepts, functional specifications and content creation process enabled us to produce a website that the team could be proud of.


Since the launch of the website, there has been high praise regarding the website. We are continuously working with the Ferguson Snell team to find new innovative ways to develop the website further.
